Armand is well-versed in all aspects of family litigation, including divorce, custody, visitation, adoption, and child support. Armand is also a trained mediator who is appointed by the court to mediate in many family court matters. While many issues can be resolved through negotiation and mediation, Armand is also prepared to aggressively litigate on your behalf. His responsibilities as a court-appointed attorney for children in dependency/neglect/abuse cases provides an extra advantage in handling your family law cases. In 2010, Armand earned a LEO Weekly Magazine Readers’ Choice Award for Best Attorney, and Judah Law Offices placed in the Top 3 Law Firms in that poll.

Armand is a graduate of the University of Louisville School of Law and has a B.A. with honors from the University of Louisville. He is a member of the Kentucky and Louisville Bar Associations.

Outside the courtroom, Armand has served as volunteer legal counsel for the Louisville Jaycees, the Kentucky Jaycees, and the J. Graham Brown School. He has shared his knowledge as an adjunct professor at the University of Louisville Paralegal Studies Program, Sullivan College Paralegal Institute, and Watterson College Business School. He is a frequent guest lecturer at continuing education seminars for attorneys. His experience as an attorney for children serves him well in his volunteer position on the Board of Directors of the Home of the Innocents. He is also on the Board of Directors of the Peterson-Dumesnil House.
